Applicable Law & Severability

The SETLabs website is supervised, operated and administrated by SETLabs which is located in Germany at 80687 Munich, West4 – Elsenheimerstraße 55. The use of the SETLabs website and its content in countries other than Germany is in the sole responsibility of the user. The user also assumes sole responsibility for complying with the relevant statutory provisions of other legal systems. In particular, users are responsible for observing the respective export regulations when using the SETLabs website. The use of the SETLabs website as well as any controversy or claim arising out of or related to the present Terms of Use is subject to German Law with the exception of its conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. Sole court of jurisdiction for any claim arising from and in respect of the use of the website, and for any dispute arising in respect of the use of the website shall be that of the headquarters of SETLabs. SETLabs shall also be entitled to institute legal proceedings at the place of residence or business of the user of the SETLabs website.
